Promo codes at Spassino: using a code without surprises
A promo code is a short string that unlocks a specific offer — a match bonus, spins or a reload. Codes are a way for operators to target promotions at particular audiences. We do not publish Spassino codes on this site: we cannot verify that any code is active for your account, and a code that fails at the cashier is worse than no code. This page explains how codes work so you can use a genuine one correctly.
Where legitimate codes appear
- The operator's own promotions page.
- Emails or messages sent to your account after registration.
- The cashier, where available codes are sometimes listed next to the deposit form.
Codes copied from forums or aggregator sites are frequently expired, restricted to another country or meant for a different account type. If a code does not work, do not deposit on the assumption that support will add the bonus afterwards — ask first.
Entering a code correctly
| Moment | What usually happens | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Registration | A field for a bonus or referral code | Whether the code must be entered here and nowhere else |
| Deposit | A code field in the cashier | Enter before confirming payment |
| Promotions page | An "activate" button or code box | Activate before depositing, if required |
The order matters. A code entered after the deposit has been processed often cannot be applied retroactively.
A code is only as good as its terms
A code unlocks an offer; it does not improve it. The same questions apply as for any bonus: what is the wagering, on which base, with what game contribution, maximum bet and expiry? As a quick hypothetical check, a code giving €30 of bonus with 40× wagering asks for €1,200 in bets — at a theoretical 96% RTP that costs around €48 on average. Our wagering guide and the bonus terms page explain the details.
Common reasons a code fails
- It has expired or reached its usage limit.
- It is reserved for new or for existing customers only.
- Your deposit was below the offer's qualifying amount.
- Your chosen payment method is excluded from the promotion.
- Another bonus is already active on your account.
Keep evidence
When you use a code, take a screenshot of the offer and its terms. If the bonus does not appear, contact support with the screenshot and the time of deposit. Our complaints page explains how to escalate if the answer is unsatisfactory — and why, for an operator we could not confirm as a Slovenian concession holder, Slovenian authorities are unlikely to resolve a bonus dispute for you.
