About us: an independent guide to one casino brand
spassinocasino.biz is a small editorial project with a single subject: the Spassino online casino brand. Rather than skim a hundred casinos, we try to explain one of them properly. Our home audience is players in Slovenia, which is why every article starts with a question adverts never ask — what the law actually says about who may offer gambling, and where the operator stands in relation to it. The English version exists for readers who prefer English, whether they live in Slovenia or elsewhere.
What we are, and what we are not
We are not the operator, we do not organise games of chance and we do not represent Spassino. We hold no player money, have no access to accounts and cannot affect payouts, bonus decisions or account closures. Buttons that lead to Spassino are affiliate links — our affiliate disclosure explains exactly what that means.
We also do not claim Spassino is permitted in Slovenia. At the time of writing we could not confirm Spassino as a Slovenian concession holder — the list is public, check it yourself. That position carries through every page, including those about games and bonuses.
How we work
Official sources first
The legal side of the site rests only on official material: the text of the Gaming Act (ZIS), the FURS pages on games of chance and the government pages on games of chance, where the Ministry of Finance lists concession holders. If something is not in those sources, we do not present it as fact.
Then the operator's own documents
Games, bonuses and payments are described from the published terms, the information panels inside each game and the studios' own pages. We only give a studio name or RTP figure when we can trace it to the studio; otherwise we leave it out and say so.
What we refuse to do
- No star ratings and no named "player testimonials" we cannot verify.
- No minimum deposits, payout times or bonus percentages we have not confirmed — those belong in the cashier, not in our copy.
- No help with getting around access blocks ordered by a court.
- No winning "systems" that claim to beat the house edge.
Who writes here
Articles are written and edited by Urška Podgornik. Her page describes what she covers and how she checks information. The same name signs both the Slovenian and the English version of the site.
