Skrill at Spassino: the e-wallet route
Skrill is an e-wallet: you load money into it from a card or bank account and then pay the casino from the wallet instead of directly from your bank. The appeal is a buffer between your main account and the gambling account, plus the fact that e-wallets often support withdrawals as well as deposits. The downsides are a second set of verification, possible fees on the wallet side, and bonus terms that sometimes exclude e-wallet deposits. Methods and limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
A note for readers in Slovenia before any money moves: games of chance there are an exclusive right of the state, offered by concession holders and supervised by FURS. At the time of writing we could not confirm Spassino as a Slovenian concession holder — the Ministry of Finance publishes the list, so check it yourself.
How to deposit with Skrill
- Make sure your Skrill account is verified and in the same name as your casino account.
- In the Spassino cashier choose Skrill, enter the amount in euro and continue to the Skrill login page.
- Approve the payment in Skrill. Crediting is normally quick once approved.
- Before confirming, read the bonus terms: some offers state that deposits via Skrill or other e-wallets do not qualify.
If your Skrill balance is in another currency, conversion happens inside the wallet. Keeping both the wallet and the casino account in euro avoids that step.
How to withdraw to Skrill
Where the operator supports it, Skrill is often a practical payout route: once the withdrawal is approved, the money lands in the wallet, and from there you move it to your bank. The approval itself still depends on the operator — identity verification, finished wagering, internal review. Many operators also apply a same-route rule: if you deposited via Skrill, the withdrawal goes back to the same Skrill account. Our withdrawal guide explains how that rule works when you have used several methods.
| Topic | What to check |
|---|---|
| Deposit | Skrill listed in the cashier; wallet verified |
| Withdrawal | Often possible where offered; same-route rule may apply |
| Bonus | E-wallet deposits are sometimes excluded from offers |
| Fees | Operator terms plus Skrill's own fees for loading and withdrawing |
| Name | Wallet owner must match the casino account holder |
Is an e-wallet a good idea?
For some people the buffer is exactly the point: a separate wallet with a fixed amount loaded into it is a budget in itself. For others it is one more account to manage. If you prefer fewer moving parts, a bank transfer or Trustly keeps everything inside your bank. Whatever you choose, set a deposit limit in the casino account as well; an e-wallet makes paying in quicker, and quick is not always what you want.
