Trustly at Spassino: bank payments without a card
Trustly is a payment service that connects the casino cashier to your online bank. Instead of typing card data or copying an IBAN and a reference, you choose your bank, log in with its usual method and approve a pre-filled payment. The money leaves your own account, which also means the payout can come back to the same account. Whether Trustly is offered depends on the operator, on your country and on whether your bank is supported. Methods and limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
A note for readers in Slovenia before any money moves: games of chance there are an exclusive right of the state, offered by concession holders and supervised by FURS. At the time of writing we could not confirm Spassino as a Slovenian concession holder — the Ministry of Finance publishes the list, so check it yourself.
How a Trustly deposit works
- Choose Trustly in the cashier and enter the amount in euro.
- Select your bank from the list. If your bank is missing, Trustly is not an option for you.
- Log in to online banking in the secure window and approve the payment as you would any transfer.
- Return to the casino; the balance usually updates without the delay of a manual transfer.
Trustly does not store your banking password on the casino's side; the login happens in your bank's own flow. Still, check that the window really is your bank's authentication, and never type credentials into a page you reached from an unsolicited message.
Withdrawals via Trustly
Where the operator supports Trustly payouts, the withdrawal is sent back to the bank account used for the deposit. That keeps things simple — no separate IBAN form, no name mismatch — but it does not skip the operator's own steps. Identity verification, finished bonus wagering and the operator's review still come first, and the operator decides how long that takes. See our withdrawal guide for what usually happens in that queue.

Trustly compared with a normal transfer
Compared with a manual bank transfer, Trustly removes the reference-code risk and is usually quicker to credit. Compared with a Visa card, it avoids card blocks on gambling merchants, although some banks restrict gambling payments on any channel. The trade-off is availability: not every bank is connected, and not every operator offers it in every country.
