Bitcoin at Spassino: what changes when you pay in crypto
Bitcoin behaves differently from every other method in the cashier. There is no bank in the middle, no chargeback, and the value of what you send is measured in BTC, not in euro. If the operator has crypto enabled for your account, you get a deposit address, send coins from your own wallet, and the balance appears after the network confirms the transaction. That is simple once you understand it and expensive if you make a mistake. Methods and limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
A note for readers in Slovenia before any money moves: games of chance there are an exclusive right of the state, offered by concession holders and supervised by FURS. At the time of writing we could not confirm Spassino as a Slovenian concession holder — the Ministry of Finance publishes the list, so check it yourself.
How a Bitcoin deposit works
- Open the cashier, choose Bitcoin and copy the deposit address shown for your account. Some cashiers display a QR code.
- Check the first and last characters of the address after pasting — clipboard malware that swaps addresses exists.
- Send from a wallet you control. Exchange accounts sometimes block or delay payments to gambling services.
- Wait for the confirmations the operator requires. The euro value credited depends on the operator's rate at crediting time.
Send only Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address. Sending another coin, or using a different network, can mean the payment is lost for good. If you are not sure what the cashier expects, ask support before sending, not afterwards.
How to withdraw in Bitcoin
A Bitcoin withdrawal starts like any other: you request it in the cashier, and the operator runs its checks — identity verification, finished bonus wagering, internal review. Paying in crypto does not usually let you skip KYC. After approval, the coins are sent to the address you entered. Double-check that address; a transaction to a wrong address cannot be recalled. Network fees may be deducted, and between your deposit and your withdrawal the BTC price will have moved, in either direction. See the general withdrawal guide for the queue.

Should you use Bitcoin?
Crypto adds a second gamble on top of the first: the exchange rate. For most people who think in euro, a bank transfer or Skrill is easier to budget. If you do use crypto, keep deposits small, keep records of every transaction ID and read our broader crypto payments overview, which also covers stablecoins and network choice.
